About Me

Hello! I'm Alicia and I'm a Mum, Health & Wellbeing Coach, Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor.
I help people feel happy, healthy and whole. I support individuals in midlife to help them to create a happy and thriving life. I support them to have energy all day, overcome health challenges and to sleep soundly through the night. I am passionate about helping my clients finally feel happy in their lives and with the person they see in the mirror.
I have been many different versions of myself in my life, and I have worked hard to overcome difficulties stemming from childhood. Throughout my teen and adolescent years I relied heavily on sugar and habits that weren't good for me, part of the things that were keeping me stuck were my food habits and my lifestyle.
Health Coaching really helped me change my life, and my story, it is so powerful in moving you forward, no matter your background or what you've been through.
When I had my baby in 2024, I suffered with High Blood Pressure (I was on 5 meds a day), and gained 4 stone. Heart disease, strokes and cancer all run in my family so this was a bit of a wake up call. Once I had my baby I was able to use my knowledge as a health coach to drop 4 stone without any effort and to regain my sense of health. It's easy when you understand how your body reacts to food, lifestyle habits and hormones.
My practice consists of private coaching programs, group programs and workshops on topics including Overcoming Cravings, Creating Restful sleep, Having Boundless Energy and Balancing Hormones. I work with clients in person and virtually, and feel such joy to be making a positive difference in the lives of my clients!
