Creating Restful Sleep

Join us for a gentle, supportive workshop that combines practical sleep guidance with a calming yoga practice to help you create deeper, more restorative rest.
We’ll begin with an interactive talk exploring why sleep is essential for your energy, mood, focus, and overall wellbeing. You’ll learn how your internal body clock influences your nights and days, how stress impacts your ability to switch off, and how small, soothing habits can help your nervous system feel safe enough to rest. You’ll leave this portion with simple, realistic wind-down and wake-up practices you can start using right away.
Then, we’ll move into a gentle, all-levels yoga session designed to release physical tension, calm the breath, and prepare the body for sleep. Expect slow, nourishing movement, guided relaxation, and space to truly unwind.
You’ll leave feeling grounded, supported, and equipped with practical tools — not only to fall asleep more easily, but to wake feeling refreshed and restored.
No prior yoga experience is needed. Just come as you are.
