9:15am - Garden Yoga - 198 Carisbrooke Rd - if weather not suitable then we will use the hall 



Keep Fit - Group PT: Mondays 8:45am  
Strengthening, fitness, balance 7 mobility = more confidence! 
classes are for all abilities, bring a mat, either weights or bands (not essential). 
45min class before yoga.
