We’ll begin with an engaging workshop where you’ll learn simple, science-backed strategies to improve your sleep — from evening wind-down rituals to nervous system regulation techniques you can use anytime. Then, we’ll transition into a soothing, all-levels gentle yoga practice to release tension, quiet the mind, and prepare your body for deep rest. You’ll leave feeling grounded, restored, and equipped with tools to support better sleep long after the afternoon ends. No prior yoga experience needed — just come as you are.

When booking a 6 class pass, you can either book all of your sessions in one go or you can book each time you want to come to a class. Please book the classes that you want to come to before each session. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us within 24 hours.
